Commercial Roofing Insights is building a verified Contractor Directory and Manufacturer Directory. Neither is accepting live submissions yet — this page exists so contractors and manufacturers know what to expect and can register interest ahead of launch.
What Listing Will Involve
When onboarding opens, listings will require real verification, not a self-reported form:
- Contractors: active state contractor license, proof of general liability and workers’ comp insurance, and at least one manufacturer certification, all checked directly against the issuing body — not just accepted as claimed.
- Manufacturers: a real, operating commercial roofing materials business with verifiable product lines and warranty documentation.
How Listings Will Be Presented
Our editorial policy already commits to no paid rankings and no fabricated reviews. That standard will extend to the directories: any sponsored or paid placement will be labeled as such, verification status will be shown on every profile, and free and paid listings (if we ever introduce them) will be clearly distinguished — none of that pricing has been decided yet.
Register Interest
There is no live submission form yet — building one before a real verification process exists would let unverified claims onto the site, which is exactly what this directory is trying to avoid. If you’re a contractor or manufacturer who wants to be notified when onboarding opens, contact us directly and we’ll keep a record for outreach at launch.
